49er Breakfast Rotary Club to the Rescue!

One of the biggest challenges for The Children’s Festival is all the work it takes to transform Pioneer Park into a Renaissance wonderland. We have a storage unit packed to the rafters with tents, signs, decorations, and all the supplies for our arts & crafts booths and other activities,. We load a convoy of trucks to transport things to the park, and a small army of volunteers arrive in the wee hours of the morning to get everything in place. At the end of one magical day, it all vanishes without a trace.

The 49er Breakfast Rotary Club in Nevada City has granted our wish for help with this huge task. The Children’s Festival is just one of many local community service projects supported by the 49ers.
